Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and GreenEco Development for use of the platform. We have kept them as clear as we can.
1. Acceptance of terms
- By creating an account or using GreenEco Development (“the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you agree to these terms on that company's behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.
- If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Permitted use
- You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, resell access without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the data and files you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use them.
4. Intellectual property
- The platform, its software, and its branding are owned by GreenEco Development and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
- You retain full ownership of the project data, drawings, models, and documents you create or upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you.
5. Payment terms
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you choose, including any applicable taxes.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled.
- We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- You can export your project data before or after cancellation. We may delete data associated with closed accounts in line with our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
- The platform is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- GreenEco Development is a tool that assists professionals; it does not replace the professional judgment, licensure, or code-review obligations of the people using it. You remain responsible for verifying deliverables before relying on them.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenEco Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GreenEco Development is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
